WAYS TO GET INVOLVE
MANDATORY FUNDRAISER
Each year the Tomball Patriots and Liberty Belles are required to participate in the chosen fundraiser.
For the 2023 Season we have partnered with Rolls for Goals a program created and maintained by Gigantic Bag. They founded Rolls For Goals as a way for them to give back to the community by supporting nonprofits, school fundraising programs and environmental clean-up efforts.
You can participate in the fundraiser by:
- Buy-Out:
A check is written to cover the amount of $150,
- Sell trash-bags:
We are offering 3 size trash bags, sale price is $12 per roll. Each participant must sell 25 rolls as a minimum requirement.
How the fundraiser will work:
At the time of registration, participants will select either to buy-out or sell trash bags.
We will meet at Crust Pizza Tomball on April 3rd. from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, you'll be able to pick up order forms, and flyers if you selected to sell trash bags and if you selected the buy-out you will drop-off your check
Participants will sell their items and collect the money at the time of purchase. Money will be due on a date TBD. A Group order will be placed for the club and will be handed out on a date TBD.
Volunteer Positions - Liberty Belles
Parents are responsible for earning 4 volunteer credits per season.
If these credits are not fulfilled, the $250 volunteer deposit collected at registration will be deposited.
